The parking lot of our church was turned into a carnival this year. There were games, inflatable slides and bouncers, hot dog eating contest, cake walk, face painting, and a petting zoo. It was so much fun! Of course the Stewart family liked it because there was also free food. Caroline really loved the big slide and so did Romney III. The kids enjoyed sitting on the pony and seeing the little monkey. Romney III got a little nervous sitting on the pony-when he gets a little overwhelmed he freezes up-but he liked it in the end. I really wanted to win a cake at the cake walk-no baking for Easter Sunday! The kids wanted to take part in it too so they were either in my arms or around my legs as we walked. We were thrilled to win a cake on our first try-the kids chose a cake decorated for Easter. It was a great Saturday!
